Package includes:

A review of your draft application form to examine if your current answers are targeting the skills and competencies required as set out in the job description and skills required.
Through Google docs, I will give you written feedback on the quality of your answers to the competency and motivational fit questions. This will include suggested changes and amendments to your answers which you can then use to amend your online application form.

About Statia

I was inspired to launch O’Carroll Careers through my interactions with the 1000’s of candidates I interviewed during my 25+ year career at Vhi, Great West Life and Cartoon Saloon. I often noticed that lots of candidates would have been stronger presenters had they sought the support of a career coach.

I am a graduate of the BA Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland (NCIRL) and the Coaching Diploma at Technological University Dublin (TUD). I am an accredited Coach with European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland and a Chartered Member of the Certified Institute of Personal Development (MCIPD).
