A little more about me!
I was inspired to launch O’Carroll Careers through my interactions with the 1000’s of candidates I interviewed during my career at Vhi, Great West Life and Cartoon Saloon. I often noticed that lots of candidates would have been stronger presenters had they sought the support of a career coach. I want to bring my understanding and skill set to help those who are looking to make the next move in their careers!
I am passionate about empowering others to achieve their next career move.
I am a graduate of the BA Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland (NCIRL) and the Coaching Diploma at Technological University Dublin (TUD). I am an accredited Coach with European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC) Ireland and a Chartered Member of the Certified Institute of Personal Development (MCIPD).
When not actively involved in career coaching practice, I love a challenge. I am currently learning how to grow my own vegetables. I’ve volunteered and run with my local parkrun in Kilkenny. I keep fit with weekly yoga and Fit4Life classes!
