Leveraging over 25 years of recruitment experience, I have a holistic understanding of the recruitment process from an employer’s expectation when it comes to CVs, applications and interviews.

I completed a BA in Human Resource Management at NCIRL and a CIPD accreditation (Certified Institute of Personal Development). I am an Accredited Coach with EMCC (European Mentoring Coaching Council) Ireland.

Apart from helping people succeed, I can be found on the running track at Fit4Life, volunteering at my local Kilkenny parkrun or helping nature do its best in my vegetable garden!
